Gigi's of Beechworth has been a Beechworth culinary landmark since 1995. Owner Allan Parker whose background includes such well regarded restaurants as Ricky Ricardo's and Saltwater in Noosa, purchased Gigi's from the restaurants founder, Luigi (Gigi) Cipolato in 2007 and has re-established Gigi's as one of Beechworth's finest dining experiences.

At Gigi's our focus is on a menu that is fresh, seasonal and produce driven.  Wherever possible we source produce locally  and over the years have developed strong and lasting relationships with many of our suppliers.  We bake our own bread, roast our own coffee, and many of the jams and relishes that we serve in the restaurant are also available for sale.  We also boast an extensive regional and international wine list including the highly awarded Giaconda label.

Our chef Sean Ford, is no stranger to the rich bounty of fresh produce available in North East Victoria.  His modern take on classic cuisine is well suited to bringing out the best in all the produce he uses and creating appealing, well rounded dishes.
